TLDR: We’re overhauling our sites, and the Shop has already gotten its update. Next up there: getting a lot more products listed so it finally matches the full catalog you’ll find on our Etsy shop. This is eating most of my time right now, but game design work resumes the moment these site changes are out the door.
If you’ve stopped by lately, you’ve probably noticed things looking a little different around here. That’s on purpose. We’ve been rebuilding our web presence from the ground up, and it’s happening in stages rather than one big reveal.

The Shop is already updated
The Shop has been through its overhaul and is live with the new look. It’s cleaner, easier to browse, and actually feels like it belongs next to a shelf of painted minis.
There’s one thing we’re still catching up on, though, and it’s worth being upfront about: for a while now, the Shop has only carried a limited slice of what we actually make. Our Etsy shop has had a much fuller catalog, and the two haven’t lined up. That’s the current project — getting the rest of our products listed on the Shop so it reflects everything we’ve got, not just a sampling of it.
If you’ve ever gone looking for something on our site, not found it, and then spotted it on Etsy, that’s the gap we’re closing.

Why it’s taking a minute
We’re a small team. Very small. Which means when a project like this comes up, it doesn’t get handed off to a web department — it gets handed to whoever can take it on, and right now that’s me. I’m putting most of my hours into the sites at the moment.
I want to be honest that this does pull me away from game design for a bit. That’s a tradeoff I’ve made deliberately, because a site that can’t show you what we actually sell isn’t doing anyone any favors. As soon as these changes are released, I’m back to designing games — that hasn’t changed and it isn’t going anywhere.

We wrote up a longer post on the Shopify side covering the whole plan: what’s changing, which sites are getting rebuilt, and what’s coming after that (including something we’re pretty excited about). If you want the details, it’s here:
A New Look Is Coming (And We’re Not Stopping There)
Thanks for your patience while we work through the under-construction phase. More updates as things land.
